Local or travel assignment for 13 weeks, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week. On-call may be required if requested; needs are subject to change based on staff and branch requirements.

Responsibilities

• Patient service area: Orangeburg and Calhoun Counties
• Productivity target: 30 units

Requirements

• Current state license as a Registered Nurse
• Proof of current CPR certification
• Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
• 1–2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting
• 2+ years of home health experience
• Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and OASIS experience

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program (required)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)
• CHPN Certification (preferred)
