About the role

The main area of work will be Garland County and possibly Hot Spring County, including Hot Springs Village. This position is not guaranteed full-time but offers opportunities for full-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide home health care services
• Use OASIS assessment tools
• On-call availability may be requested
• Work Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week

Requirements

• HCHB or Home Care Home Base certification desired
• OASIS experience required
• Registered Nurse license from a current state
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
• One to two years of clinical care experience as a Registered Nurse
• Two or more years of home health experience

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program
• Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing preferred
