About the Role

We are seeking an experienced RN for a 13-week home health assignment in Hot Springs, AR. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, with 40 hours per week. The role may include on-call duties if requested, and there is no guarantee. Full-time availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide home health care services using HCHB and OASIS systems
• Manage patient care plans and documentation
• Respond to on-call requests as needed

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting
• 2+ years of home health experience
• Current state license as a Registered Nurse
• Proof of current CPR certification
• Current driver's license and reliable transportation with insurance

Skills

• Homecare Homebase (HCHB) Software Experience - Required
• OASIS Experience - Required
• CHPN Certification - Preferred

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program - Required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing - Preferred
