Schedule

Mon – Fri, 8 am – 5 pm, 40 hours per week, 13 weeks.

On‑call

On‑call required if requested; on‑call needs are subject to change based on staff and branch needs.

Coverage Area

Radius of about 50 miles from the office.

Qualifications

• Current state license as a Registered Nurse (required)
• 1‑2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting (required)
• 2+ years Home health experience (required)
• HCHB, Oasis, and HH experience (required)
• CHPN Certification (preferred)
• Proof of current CPR certification (required)
• Current driver's license (required)
• Reliable transportation and insurance (required)

Skills

• Homecare Homebase Software (required)
• OASIS (required)

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program (required)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)
