They provide clinical leadership, collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to improve department performance, and guide staff during critical situations. The role involves evaluating interventions, implementing innovative practices, and participating in activities to enhance healthcare delivery. They support ongoing learning, communicate effectively with team members, and perform duties such as coaching, staffing, and performance evaluations.
