- Provides clinical leadership, guiding nursing staff, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve healthcare delivery.
- Interprets diagnostic data.
- Participates in quality improvement initiatives.
- Guides staff during critical situations.
- Evaluates intervention outcomes.
- Implements innovative processes to enhance patient outcomes.
- Coaches and mentors staff.
- Conducts staff evaluations.
- Manages staffing.
- Supports ongoing learning and development.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable setting or unit.
- RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire; ACLS preferred.
- Computer literacy required.
- Strong communication and leadership skills essential.
