About the Role

Provide patient care using the nursing process, ensure patient rights and confidentiality, and evaluate care effectiveness. Coordinate patient care across departments while maintaining professional accountability and performing duties aligned with organizational standards and values.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current RN license
• At least 1 year of recent Med Surg experience or 2 years in specialty areas

Preferred Qualifications

• BSN degree
• Epic experience

Certifications

• BLS (required)
• ACLS and PALS for specific departments
• Additional certifications may be required

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Stand, walk, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat

Schedule

Flexible, per diem/flex/float role with various shifts. No mandated weekend or holiday shifts.
