RN GIG - Flex - Per Diem - PRN - Mercy Perry and Surrounding Communities

About the Role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care across departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, aligning with organizational standards.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties in line with mission and values, supporting departments such as Behavioral Health, ED, ICU, Medical-Surgical, and Women's Health.
• Flexibly works different shifts with the opportunity to select day or night shifts without weekend or holiday requirements.
• Maintains required certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and PALS based on specialty.
• Meets physical demands including lifting and prolonged standing.
• Adapts to short-notice shift changes.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license.
• At least one year of recent bedside RN experience for Med Surg, or two years for specialty areas.
• Preferred: BSN and Epic experience.
• Maintains licensure and certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS) as required by specialty.
