About the role

Join our organization as a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) in a long-term care facility dedicated to providing quality housing and services to seniors in a Christian environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate and deliver care.
• Provide preventative, diagnostic, and treatment care across all phases of health management.
• Serve as charge nurse when needed, delegating tasks appropriately, and ensuring safe care delivery.
• Maintain compliance with nursing standards, scope of practice, and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license; multistate licensure preferred if applicable.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required competencies and certifications.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
