About the role

Join a not-for-profit long-term care facility as a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN).

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and ensure health maintenance and treatment.
• Serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel.
• Provide education and nursing interventions across all phases of resident care.
• Practice within the full scope of nursing standards and adhere to ethical guidelines.
• Deliver quality resident care, coordinate nursing activities, delegate tasks, and ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if applicable.
• Maintain required competencies and certifications.
