RN - Full Time Weekdays

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides individualized nursing care in a long-term care setting, utilizing the full nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Key responsibilities include collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care, coordinating resident assessments, education, and various nursing interventions. The RN may serve as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel, ensuring safe and reliable resident care within the scope of practice outlined by state regulations and professional standards. Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, with a preference for those holding a bachelor’s degree. A current, unencumbered RN license is required, with multistate licensure preferred for NLC states. Skills should encompass competency in nursing standards, effective communication, delegation abilities, and adherence to ethical practices. Key duties involve providing care across all phases of health management, coordinating interdisciplinary care, and supporting residents’ health and well-being.
