RN - Full Time Night Shift

We are seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized nursing care in a senior housing facility. Responsibilities include: Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver personalized resident careCollaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and evaluate care plansProviding care across all phases of prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatmentServing as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff, and supporting safe care deliveryEnsuring compliance with nursing standards, practices, and ethical guidelines Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferredUnencumbered RN license in the practice state or multistate licensure for NLC statesRequired competencies and certifications maintained Skills and Qualities: Strong clinical knowledge and ability to work within scope of nursing practiceEffective communication and collaborative skillsAbility to delegate and support team members Additional details: Competitive pay starting at $32.50+ based on experience, with shift differentialsIncludes benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and moreNight shifts, every other weekend and holiday rotationIncludes a $30,000 sign-on bonus
