RN - Full Time Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized nursing care in a senior housing facility.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver personalized resident care
• Collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and evaluate care plans
• Providing care across all phases of prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment
• Serving as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff, and supporting safe care delivery
• Ensuring compliance with nursing standards, practices, and ethical guidelines

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Unencumbered RN license in the practice state or multistate licensure for NLC states
• Required competencies and certifications maintained

Skills and Qualities

• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to work within scope of nursing practice
• Effective communication and collaborative skills
• Ability to delegate and support team members

Pay

Competitive pay starting at $32.50+ based on experience, with shift differentials; includes a $30,000 sign-on bonus.
