RN - Full Time - Night Shift

About the role

This full‑time Registered Nurse (RN) position focuses on overnight shifts and is responsible for delivering individualized nursing care using the full nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate resident assessments and education.
• Serve as charge nurse when needed.
• Delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel while ensuring safe and reliable care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Current, unencumbered RN license.
• Multi‑state licensure, if applicable.
• Maintain required competencies and certifications.
