RN - Full Time - Night Shift

About the role

Join our not-for-profit organization as a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in overnight shifts, providing personalized nursing care to seniors in a Christian environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver comprehensive resident care.
• Collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and evaluate care plans.
• Providing care across all phases, including preventive, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Coordinating care, conducting resident assessments, and offering education and interventions.
• Serving as charge nurse when needed, delegating tasks appropriately, and supporting staff to ensure safe and effective care.
• Responsibilities include resident assessment, care coordination, and adherence to professional standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in the practice state or multistate licensure if applicable.
• Competency in nursing standards and certifications relevant to the clinical setting.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and practice within the scope of nursing regulations.

Pay

Competitive pay starting at $32.50/hour plus shift differentials and a $30,000 sign‑on bonus.
