About the role
Join our not-for-profit organization as a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in overnight shifts, providing quality care to seniors in a Christian environment.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and evaluate care plans.
- Care for residents across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel, ensuring safe and reliable resident care.
- Maintain compliance with nursing standards, scope of practice, and ethical guidelines.
Requirements
- Graduate from a recognized nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Unencumbered RN license in the practice state; multistate licensure preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary competencies and certifications.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and clinical skills.
