RN - Float Pool - Part Time - Night Shift

About the role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, maintaining accountability and coordinating with other departments. Adheres to professional standards, patient rights, confidentiality, and ethical guidelines, aligning with organizational values and nursing practice regulations.

Responsibilities

• Functions within scope of nursing practice, offering compassionate care, ensuring patient safety, and supporting patient rights and confidentiality.
• Works across various hospital units, including Med/Surg, ICU, Telemetry, Oncology, and more, in a dynamic float pool environment.
• Deliver high-quality patient care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and support the growth and development of nursing skills through diverse clinical exposure in a flexible, learning-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (6 months recent)
• Accredited nursing degree (BSN preferred)
• Current Missouri RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
