RN Fellowship - Surgical PCU

Role: Night-shift RN in the Surgical Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Fellowship. Responsibilities: Provide advanced, patient-centered care to post-surgical patients in a dynamic environment. Conduct assessments, telemetry monitoring, medication administration, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Support patient and family education while maintaining safety and quality standards. Engage in structured onboarding, precepted shifts, and ongoing education to develop PCU expertise.
