RN Fellowship - PCU

About the Role

Provide care for high-acuity, step-down patients in a structured fellowship program. Work alongside experienced preceptors in clinical practice, classroom, and simulation training.

Responsibilities

• Monitor complex patients, administer medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Support patients and families throughout the recovery process.
• Engage in hands-on patient care and skill development.
• Participate in training sessions and simulations.
• Contribute to a culture of exceptional patient care and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure.
• Strong clinical skills with an interest in acute patient care.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and participate in ongoing education.
