Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based, patient-centered care to medically complex patients
• Monitor patient status and manage medications
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in structured education, precepted shifts, and mentorship to develop clinical judgment
• Gain expertise in telemetry, cardiac monitoring, and high-acuity care
• Develop advanced skills in telemetry and high-acuity care, deliver high-quality care, and collaborate effectively within healthcare teams
