Role: Registered Nurse in a Progressive Care Unit Fellowship program. Responsibilities Provide evidence-based care to acutely ill, telemetry-monitored patients.Perform patient assessments and administer medications accurately.Coordinate complex care with a multidisciplinary team.Participate in guided preceptorship, simulation-based training, and ongoing mentorship.Contribute to a patient-first culture emphasizing safety, compassion, and continuous learning. Qualifications & Skills Current RN licensure.Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.Ability to work rotating shifts in a fast-paced environment.Commitment to professional growth and patient-centered care.
