About the role

Provide specialized care for high-acuity, step-down patients in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Fellowship program. This role includes hands-on clinical practice, classroom education, and simulation training alongside experienced preceptors.

Responsibilities

• Monitor complex patients and administer medications.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Support patients and families through recovery processes.
• Participate in classroom education and simulation training.
