RN Fellow - Emergency Services - Cohort

Role Overview

This position is for an RN specializing in Emergency Services, offering a comprehensive fellowship to develop expertise through structured curriculum, simulation, and real patient experiences under preceptor guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate emergency care to patients.
• Participate in specialized training to enhance clinical skills in emergency services.
• Apply knowledge gained through simulation and authentic patient interactions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Washington RN license.
• American Heart Association BLS certification upon hire.
• ACLS and PALS certifications within six months of hire.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification within 90 days of hire.
• At least 1 year of continuous RN experience, including new specialty experience.
