About the Role
This RN ICU Fellowship provides a structured transition into critical care nursing through guided curriculum, experienced preceptors, and hands-on learning. It is designed for RNs with over 12 months of continuous experience who are seeking to specialize in ICU care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class, patient-centered care in an ICU setting.
- Apply specialized training to support vulnerable populations.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in structured learning and hands-on clinical experiences.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Alaska RN license and BLS certification upon hire.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, new to the ICU specialty.
Schedule
Full-time, night shifts.
