This role is designed for a Registered Nurse (RN) transitioning into a specialized ICU fellowship through a structured program that includes mentorship and hands-on training.
Responsibilities
- Apply nursing skills to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in an ICU setting.
- Participate in curriculum and preceptorship activities as part of the fellowship program.
- Support the health and well-being of patients in a critical care environment.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Active Alaska RN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably with some exposure to critical care.
