About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Fellow for the Emergency Department (ED) who will provide specialized, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. The role involves applying nursing skills to deliver high-quality healthcare, collaborating with the healthcare team, and supporting patients' needs.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions
- Implement care plans
- Ensure safety and comfort
- Provide direct patient care in the ED setting
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document care activities accurately and timely
Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program
- Holds a valid Washington RN license
- Maintains current BLS certification
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience
- Preferably some familiarity in emergency care
