About the role
Providence is calling for applications for its November 2026 RN Emergency Services Fellowship. This position is for an RN who is ready to transition into a new specialty and has more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience.
Responsibilities
- Experience a guided transition into a new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors, and hands-on learning.
- Deliver world-class health care with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and education to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- One (1) year Nursing experience (new to specialty).
Qualifications
- Preferred: National Certification in area of specialty upon hire.
Skills
While not required to perform the job, having the following skills would be beneficial:
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

Pay
The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. The base pay range is $47.73 - $89.59.

This position starts November 2, 2026. It is a Full time position with multiple shifts available.
