About the role
Join a professional air transport team, providing critical patient care during air and scene call transports. Assess, support, monitor, and treat critically ill or injured patients, both adult and pediatric. Utilize critical thinking to support physicians' orders and ensure safety and efficiency onboard.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe, clean aircraft environment.
- Conduct equipment checks and adhere to safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with air and ground teams, dispatch, and partners.
- Accurately document shift information.
- Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.
- Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and commitment to safety and service excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years’ experience in Emergency or Adult Critical Care as a licensed RN.
- Current RN license in relevant states.
- EMT and Trauma certifications as required.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications prior to flight status.
- CFRN certification within 24 months.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior flight experience.
- Instructor certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, ITLS/PHTLS.
