Responsibilities
- Providing compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to diverse patient populations
- Assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing care plans
- Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatments accordingly
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Utilizing specialized skills in emergency or acute care settings
Qualifications and skills
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Valid Montana Registered Nurse License
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (PALS within 90 days of hire)
- Minimum of 1 year nursing experience
- Preferred: Certification in specialty area
Key duties
- Providing direct patient care across various shifts
- Maintaining compliance with licensing, certification, and safety standards
- Supporting patient recovery and well-being through expert nursing interventions
