Role Overview: Provides coordinated nursing care for patients, ensuring adherence to established standards and the nursing process. Supervises and directs nursing staff activities, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, and utilizes critical thinking and independent judgment to deliver safe, effective care. Key Responsibilities Assess patient health data, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate progress toward outcomes.Coordinate care delivery, promote health, and maintain a safe environment.Engage with patients, families, and healthcare providers to deliver education and support.Participate in discharge planning for continuity of care.Delegate tasks appropriately and oversee healthcare team duties.Perform additional job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the practice state.Required certifications: CPR/BLS, ACLS, and PALS from approved vendors.Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) and experience in acute care settings.Strong critical thinking, communication, and leadership abilities.
