About the Role

Provides coordinated nursing care to patients, ensuring adherence to established standards and the nursing process. Supervises and directs nursing staff, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, and utilizes critical thinking and judgment to deliver safe and effective care.

Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes patient data to determine diagnoses and care plans.
• Develops, implements, and evaluates individualized care strategies.
• Coordinates care delivery and promotes a safe, healing environment.
• Participates in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
• Delegates tasks appropriately and supervises healthcare team members.
• Provides health education and information to patients, families, and team members.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the practice state (required).
• CPR/BLS certification (required).
• AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS and PALS certifications (required).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).
• Acute care experience is preferred.
