About the Role
Provides coordinated nursing care to patients, ensuring adherence to established standards and utilizing critical thinking and professional judgment. Supervises and directs nursing staff activities, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, and participates in discharge planning to ensure seamless patient care.

- Collects and analyzes patient data
- Develops and implements care plans
- Evaluates patient progress

- Delegates tasks appropriately
- Provides education to patients, families, and team members
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- RN licensure
- BLS certification
- ACLS/PALS certifications
- Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Preferred acute care experience
