Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care, support patient and family education, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a patient-centered approach to care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective patient care using the nursing process.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatments, procedures, and health management.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Delegate and coordinate nursing resources effectively.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Promote quality care, patient safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Adept care and communication styles to meet the needs of diverse patient populations.
• Stay current with federal, state, and healthcare regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
• Current BLS (AHA), ACLS, PALS, and CPI Certifications.
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency with EMR systems, computers, and healthcare applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Specialty nursing certification.
• Experience in acute care, behavioral health, emergency, or critical care settings.
