About the Role

As a vital member of an interdisciplinary team, this nursing position involves applying professional nursing knowledge and skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. The role requires developing individualized care plans, utilizing appropriate interventions, and documenting patient progress to ensure optimal outcomes. The nurse collaborates with healthcare team members, ensures patient safety, and maintains current clinical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform bedside lab testing
• Manage patient movement safely
• Adapt care plans based on patient condition changes
• Demonstrate accountability, problem-solving, and commitment to evidence-based practice to promote safe, effective patient care

Requirements

• Valid RN license
• Certifications including BLS, PALS, ACLS, ENPC, TNCC, TNS, and CPI
• Strong assessment, communication, and clinical judgment skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team and prioritize patient safety
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to policies and procedures
