Role Overview Provides professional nursing care within an interdisciplinary team, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Responsibilities Assess patient status through interviews, observations, and physical exams.Develop individualized care plans collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare team.Implement interventions to achieve desired patient outcomes and document progress consistently.Modify care plans based on ongoing evaluations and patient condition changes.Ensure accurate documentation, including patient charts and event reports.Perform bedside lab testing and quality control per hospital and medical orders.Promote patient and staff safety through proper equipment use and adherence to policies.Collaborate with team members to organize patient care from admission to discharge.Maintain current evidence-based nursing knowledge and seek resources for self-development.Recognize when assistance is needed and utilize appropriate resources and consultations. Qualifications & Skills Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with active licensure.Certifications including ACLS, BLS, ENPC, PALS, TNS, TNCC, and CPI within specified timeframes.Demonstrates practical problem-solving, patient safety focus, and teamwork skills.
