Role Overview Provides professional nursing care as part of an interdisciplinary team, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Responsibilities Include Promoting evidence-based practice through assessment, individualized care planning, interventions, and ongoing evaluation.Assessing patient status via interviews, observations, and physical exams; developing and adjusting care plans collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare team.Ensuring safety and proper use of equipment, performing bedside lab testing, and troubleshooting technical issues.Coordinating interdisciplinary care, prioritizing patient needs, and facilitating effective communication.Providing patient education tailored to cultural, age, and developmental needs, ensuring safety and understanding.Participating in quality improvement initiatives by data collection, analysis, and implementing process enhancements.Fostering professional development, sharing knowledge, and maintaining current clinical skills. Qualifications & Skills Current Registered Nurse license.Certifications: ACLS, BLS, TNCC, ENPC, PALS, CPI, and TNS within specified timeframes.Strong clinical judgment, communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills.Ability to adapt teaching strategies and collaborate effectively within a team.
