HCA Florida Northwest Hospital is a 289‑bed medical center that incorporates the latest technology in healthcare. Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and operate the Cardiac Catheterization Lab and Interventional Radiology Department.
• Provide leadership in planning, directing, and managing department staff to assure quality service 24 hours per day.
• Ensure compliance with JCAHO Standards and corporate policies and procedures.
• Manage supplies and equipment within the areas of responsibility.
• Promote teamwork with physicians and all health‑care providers.
• Promote customer satisfaction across all areas of responsibility.

Qualifications

• Current Florida RN license or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements).
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification – must be obtained within 30 days of hire if not already held.
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification – must be obtained within 30 days of hire if not already held.
• Minimum 3 years of Cath Lab nursing experience in an acute‑care hospital setting.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience as a Nursing Manager or Nursing Director in an acute‑care hospital setting.
