Nursing Director Cardiovascular Services

Responsibilities

• Lead the Cardiovascular Services department as Nursing Director
• Oversee clinical operations, staffing, and quality of care in a 558-bed acute care facility
• Manage services including cardiovascular care, neurosciences, robotic surgery, orthopedic and spine care, bariatrics, behavioral health, and obstetrics
• Support Joint Commission certified Primary Stroke Center, Ventricular Assist Device program, and American College of Cardiology Chest Pain Center initiatives
• Collaborate with off-site ERs in Palm Beach Gardens and West Boynton Beach to ensure consistent emergency care

Requirements

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification to be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification to be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field
• 5 years of experience in a clinical leadership role
