RN - CVICU - Night Shift

Position: RN - Critical Care - CVICU Location: Glenbrook, IL Hours: 7pm-7:30am (Nights) with rotating weekends Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations in the department.Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.Maintain regulatory compliance and ensure high-quality care outcomes.Lead and supervise assigned unlicensed nursing personnel.Contribute to safety and enhance patient experience.Assume accountability for nursing care outcomes. Qualifications & Skills: Current IL nursing license required.BSN degree preferred.BLS/CPR certification mandatory.Minimum 1-year hospital nursing experience preferred, with ECmo or Impella pump experience advantageous.
