Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations, utilising the nursing process for planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans.
- Affirm regulatory compliance, assume accountability for patient outcomes, and lead unlicensed staff in delivering quality care.
- Contribute to safety and enhance patient experience.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current IL nursing license
- BLS/CPR certification
- PREFERRED: BSN degree
- MINIMUM: 1-year hospital experience
- ECmo or Impella pump experience PREFERRED
