RN - Critical Care - Night Shift

Role Overview: Provides critical care nursing in a part-time capacity, focusing on patient assessment, care coordination, and effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Key Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments and gather health data involving patients and families.Coordinate and individualize patient care plans to ensure safe and appropriate interventions.Communicate clearly in person, via phone, and in writing with all stakeholders.Deliver tailored patient and family education based on thorough assessments.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain current nursing practice knowledge. Qualifications & Skills Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.Current Illinois nursing license and CPR certification.
