Role Overview

This position is responsible for the administrative and operational management of assigned departments, focusing on cost control, finance, human resources, quality of care, clinical outcomes, and staff and patient satisfaction. It involves serving on the management team and Shared Governance Model to promote the organization’s mission, vision, and values, emphasizing a person-centered approach and patient-family-centered services. Key duties include succession planning and talent identifications, supporting and educating future nursing leaders, and potentially assisting in staffing to ensure clinical care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school; Bachelor’s preferred
• At least 3 years of inpatient or outpatient nursing experience, including 1 year of leadership
• Demonstrated clinical competency in the specialty area
• RN licensure in Georgia and BCLS certification upon hire
