BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN required) for our Salisbury, NC office. This office provides best in class care to adult clients throughout the surrounding area. Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Visit our adult clients and conduct assessments in Salisbury, NC and other surrounding areas.
- Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
- Supervise Home Health Aides and CNA staff in the field.
- Facilitate new hire orientation.
- Participate in the training of new employees and in-services for field staff.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
- Supervisory experience preferred
