Home Care Clinical Manager - RN

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Home Care Clinical Manager - RN to oversee patient services, coordinate case management, and supervise care staff. This role requires a dedicated healthcare professional capable of providing cost-effective, high-quality home healthcare services while ensuring compliance and staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care when necessary
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient care and staff performance
• Assist the administrator as needed
• Organize work, manage care plans, and utilize staffing resources effectively

Requirements

• Current RN licensure in the relevant state
• Minimum of five years' clinical nursing experience across various settings, with three years in home health preferred
• In-depth knowledge of homecare services and documentation
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Proficiency in computer applications (Word, Excel, Windows)
• Minimum of twelve hours of continuing education annually
• Leadership experience preferred
• CPR certification
