Job Summary

Registered Nurse Charge oversees patient care, follows nursing regulations, and fulfills the organization’s priorities. This role enhances responsibility to promote the mission. The main tasks involve evaluating patients, identifying nursing diagnoses, creating personalized care plans, and assessing patient responses.

Essential Functions

• Utilize nursing judgment and reasoning to make precise health assessments, ensuring alignment with standard practices.
• Check nursing procedures and use research to make changes.
• Demonstrate caring practices by addressing both emotional and physical discomfort, aiming to foster healing and prevent excess distress.

Key Success Factors

• Familiarity with nursing and patient care protocols and practices.
• Proven communication skills both in speech and writing.
• Exceptional problem‑solving abilities coupled with smart critical thinking skills.

Qualifications

• Completed an established program in Nursing.
• At least two (2) years of experience in the field.
• Registered Nurse license.
• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of being hired.
