RN - Central Resource Team - Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care following hospital policies and Illinois regulations.
• Utilizes critical thinking to assess patient conditions, recognize changes, develop and evaluate care plans, monitor progress, and document observations.
• Delegates tasks appropriately and collaborates with team members to meet unit goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing preferred; Associate Degree with a plan to obtain a Bachelor's within five years if applicable.
• At least 1 year of inpatient RN experience.
• Current Illinois RN license, CPR certification, and ACLS within one year.

Schedule

Full-time, 36-hour week, night shift (7pm-7:30am)
