RN - Central Resource Team - Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care following state laws and hospital policies.
• Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient progress and document observations.
• Delegate tasks to staff and collaborate as part of a healthcare team.
• Deliver nursing care during night shifts (7pm-7:30am).li>
• Utilize critical thinking to evaluate patient needs and support unit goals.
• Work within a team, ensuring quality patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing preferred; Associate Degree required with a plan to obtain a Bachelor’s within five years if applicable.
• Minimum of 1+ years' RN experience in an inpatient setting.
• Current Illinois RN license and CPR certification.
• ACLS certification within one year of employment start.

Schedule

Night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM).
