RN - Central Resource Team - Night Shift

About the Role

Provide professional nursing care following state laws and hospital policies. Employ critical thinking to assess patient conditions, document observations, delegate tasks, and collaborate with team members to meet unit goals.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient progress and recognize changes in condition
• Plan and evaluate patient care
• Function as part of a multidisciplinary team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or higher in Nursing preferred
• At least 1 year of inpatient RN experience required
• Current Illinois RN licensure
• CPR certification
• ACLS certification within one year of hire
