RN - Central Resource Team - Night Shift

Position: Registered Nurse - Central Resource Team Location: Elmhurst Hospital Hours: Night shift, 7pm-7:30am Responsibilities: Provide professional nursing care following state laws and hospital policies. Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, record observations, delegate tasks, and work collaboratively to meet unit goals. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing (preferred) or Associate Degree with a plan to obtain a Bachelor's within five years1+ years' RN experience in inpatient settingsCurrent Illinois RN licensureCPR certification; ACLS within one year of employment Skills: Critical thinking, assessment, delegation, teamwork, and compliance with licensure and certification requirements.
