RN - Central Resource Team - Night Shift

Position: Registered Nurse - Central Resource Team Location: Elmhurst Hospital Work Schedule: Full-time, 36-hour week, Night shift (7pm-7:30am) Responsibilities: Provide professional nursing care following state laws and hospital policies.Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan, evaluate, and monitor care.Delegate tasks to staff and collaborate as a team member to meet unit goals. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing preferred; Associate Degree required, with a pathway to a Bachelor’s if applicable.Minimum of 1+ years RN experience in inpatient settings.Current Illinois RN license, CPR certification, and ACLS within one year. Key Duties: Deliver high-quality patient care, monitor progress, and document observations.Work collaboratively within a team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
