RN Case Manager Remote - Part Time

About the Role

Remote part-time RN Case Manager position with a telehealth triage and utilization review focus. Must live within driving distance of the facility to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform telehealth triage and utilization review (UR)

Requirements

• Active California RN license
• Emergency Room or Critical Care experience (required)
• Must live within driving distance of the facility

Qualifications

• Previous Kaiser experience (preferred)

Schedule

• 13-week assignment
• 3 day shifts per week (8 hours each, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Every other weekend (EOW)

Pay

$35.00 - $50.00 per hour

Facility is located in Fontana, set against the San Bernardino Mountains. Fontana offers easy access to Southern California attractions such as Big Bear Mountain, Huntington Beach, and Hollywood, all within an hour's drive.
